The majesty of this image is hidden in the water. A keen eye is essential to identifying the three separate scenes found within the pool of seawater. The most obvious of the three is the dark reflection of the rock towering above on the left. Far more subtle is the soft sight of the clouds. As you move across the water, white swirls of nebulous strata can barely be seen streaking the sky. Finally, at the shallowest end, there exists no reflection at all, but rather a hazy view of the stones forming the bottom of the pool. The result is an organic mirror which displays the intricate balance of light and matter.
